# Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to the website at https://lvoenestora.shop, its shopping functions, and purchases from lvoenestora (collectively, the "Store"). FANGQ LLC operates the Store and is referred to as "lvoenestora," "we," "us," or "our." By accessing the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them.

## 1. Legal Capacity and Accounts

Only a person capable of entering a binding contract under applicable law may use the Store independently. A minor must have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You must provide complete and accurate account, payment, and delivery information. If accounts are offered, keep credentials confidential and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. You are not responsible for activity caused by our failure to maintain reasonable security.

## 2. Store Rules

Use the Store only for lawful shopping and activities we permit. You must not:

- make a deceptive purchase, impersonate someone, or use payment information without authority;
- violate a law or infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights;
- introduce harmful code, interfere with operation, circumvent controls, or test security without permission;
- scrape or collect data through unauthorized automated methods;
- submit unlawful, abusive, threatening, or misleading material; or
- reproduce or commercially exploit Store content without authorization.

We may restrict use that reasonably appears fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or dangerous to the Store or another person. Rights protected by mandatory consumer law remain in force.

## 3. Product Details and Stock

We aim to make product images, colors, dimensions, specifications, descriptions, prices, and availability accurate. Displays can render colors differently, and reasonable manufacturing variation is possible. This does not reduce remedies for an item that is faulty, materially different from its description, or not fit for a legally protected purpose.

Stock can change before an order is accepted. Cart placement is not a reservation. We may impose fair quantity limits per person, account, household, address, payment method, or order when necessary to allocate products or discourage fraud and unauthorized resale.

## 4. Price, Payment, Shipping Fees, and Tax

The applicable currency and total are displayed before you authorize payment. A change published afterward does not alter an accepted order. Section 12 addresses obvious errors.

For a delivery address accepted by checkout, the total is intended to include applicable taxes and import duties. Customers are not required by lvoenestora to pay a separate tax, customs-duty, or import-fee charge at delivery. Standard shipping is free when the discounted merchandise subtotal is more than US$30. For a subtotal of US$30 or less, the checkout displays the shipping cost. Any optional enhanced service is also priced before payment.

You confirm that the payment method is authorized for your use and permit us and the provider to process the transaction. A payment provider's separate conditions may apply.

## 5. When an Order Is Accepted

An automated order acknowledgment means that we received the submission, not necessarily that a sales contract has been formed. We accept an order when we send a dispatch confirmation or clearly communicate acceptance in another way.

Before acceptance, we may reject or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including stock unavailability, failed payment verification, suspected fraud, an unsupported address, a legal restriction, or an obvious pricing or listing mistake. If funds were captured, we refund them to the original method.

Check the order and recipient address before submission. Email zannathlado3@outlook.com immediately to request a correction. We will attempt to help, but a change might not be possible once fulfillment begins.

## 6. Order Fulfillment

The Shipping Policy is part of these Terms. Normal preparation takes 2-3 business days, followed after dispatch by an estimated 20-45 calendar days in transit. Carrier capacity, customs, weather, holidays, remote destinations, and other circumstances outside reasonable control can affect the estimate.

For consumer sales, risk generally transfers when delivery is made to the customer or a person designated by the customer, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Ownership transfers after full payment and delivery.

## 7. Returns and Money Back

Our Return and Refund Policy is incorporated here. An eligible item may be returned free when the customer submits the request within 30 days after delivery. Once an approved refund is issued to the original payment method, it generally reaches the account in 3-7 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

The separate policy explains conditions, excluded categories, prepaid labels, exchange handling, and remedies for nonconforming goods. These Terms do not waive any mandatory cancellation or refund right.

## 8. Discounts and Special Offers

Separate conditions may accompany a discount, contest, or promotion. Unless stated otherwise, a promotional code has no cash value, cannot be combined with another code, and expires as disclosed. We may correct an offer created or applied by mistake, but will not unfairly alter it after the associated order is accepted.

## 9. Customer Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as a review, photograph, feedback, or suggestion. You grant FANGQ LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, format, publish, display, and use that content for operating and promoting lvoenestora. The license ends when content is removed from active systems, except for permitted backups and previously distributed material that cannot reasonably be recalled.

You confirm that the submission is lawful, accurate, and yours to provide. It must not violate rights, expose private information, deceive customers, or abuse another person. We can moderate or remove content that fails these requirements.

## 10. Ownership of Store Materials

Original copy, design, photographs, graphics, logos, and software are owned by or licensed to FANGQ LLC and protected under intellectual property law. You receive only a limited, personal, revocable, and non-transferable permission to access them for shopping. No ownership is transferred.

Third-party product names, company marks, and content remain the property of their respective owners. Their presence does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

## 11. Providers and External Sites

Shopify provides the commerce platform. Other providers may support payments, applications, analytics, fulfillment, and shipping. A direct interaction with them can be governed by their terms and notices. We do not control independent websites reached through external links, but this provision does not exclude liability assigned to us for a provider acting on our behalf.

## 12. Incorrect Store Information

The Store may occasionally show a typographical error, omission, incorrect price, inaccurate description, or outdated stock statement. We may update and correct information. If a material error affects a submitted order, we will notify the customer and allow confirmation of the corrected terms or cancellation for a full refund. We will not use an insignificant mistake to avoid a valid accepted order.

## 13. Privacy

The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms. It explains collection, use, disclosure, retention, cookies, and procedures for privacy requests.

## 14. Service and Product Assurances

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Store access is provided on an "as available" basis without promising uninterrupted or error-free operation. Products remain covered by their stated descriptions, any express warranty, and all implied warranties or consumer guarantees required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a protection or remedy that cannot legally be waived. Limitations apply only where and to the extent enforceable.

## 15. Limits of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. For a claim relating to a purchase, our aggregate contractual liability will otherwise not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, unless a greater remedy is legally required.

We do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional wrongdoing, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory consumer law, or any matter that cannot lawfully be limited.

## 16. Loss Resulting From Misuse

Where enforceable, a user must reimburse reasonable direct loss caused by unlawful Store use, a material breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights. This does not apply to loss caused by us or reduce mandatory consumer protections.

## 17. Restricting Access

You may stop using the Store at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of a serious violation, fraud, security threat, or legal requirement. Clauses intended to continue, including those concerning payment, ownership, liability, and disputes, remain effective.

## 18. Applicable Law and Disputes

Wyoming law and applicable U.S. federal law govern these Terms, without reference to conflict-of-law principles. This selection does not deprive a consumer of non-waivable protections under the law of the consumer's habitual residence.

Before formal action, send the order number and a clear description of the concern to zannathlado3@outlook.com. We will attempt a good-faith informal resolution. Either party remains free to use a court, regulator, or consumer process available under applicable law.

## 19. General Contract Terms

These Terms and the incorporated policies are the agreement concerning the Store and its transactions. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be adjusted or removed only to the necessary extent, and the remainder stays effective. Delayed enforcement is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement without our consent. We may assign it in a legitimate financing, reorganization, or business sale if customer rights are preserved.

## 20. Revisions

We may revise these Terms to reflect operational, service, or legal changes. The new version applies prospectively after it is posted unless the law requires otherwise. An order continues to be governed by the version effective when it was accepted.
